Chris Brown’s Probation Revoked

The #VeryUnmarried, Chris Brown appears to be in hot water again, but this time it may not be entirely his fault.

Today, the Los Angeles District Attorney’s office filed a motion to revoke Chris’ probation stemming from the Rihanna assualt case.

On May 21, 2013, Chris rear-ended a vehicle while traveling in Los Angeles’, San Fernando Valley. Chris claims to have exchanged insurance and contact information with the driver, but the driver, Olga Gure-Kovalenko, alleges that Chris failed to provide this information.

It is this failure to comply with California traffic law that has prompted the D.A.’s office to request revocation of his probation.   Under the terms of his probation, Chris was to obey all state and federal laws. Now, his freedom hangs in the balance. He is facing up to 4 years in prison.

What do you think? Should Chris have the book thrown at him? Or is the D.A.’s office seeking any chance to put him away? Share your comments below.
